"Over the years have spent a lot of money here but the last 2 times I have gone in I wait 30 minutes or more just to have someone walk in and go ahead of me. I get online check in but should consider the people that have been waiting a certain time frame. Me using sports clips at this point is not happening."

"I have been to this place 4 times. I have been to other locations over 4 states. The first time I went to the Hiram location, the stylist spelled my name complety wrong adam=adque. I don't know even how my last name is spelled. It's very unprofessional. I ask the next two visits to fix it. On my fourth trip my name was still incorrect. I went in with my girlfriend. There were 3 people ahead of me. We decided to wait. After about 20 mins a guy came in with his son who seemed to know the manager they pushed my terribly misspelled name back and took his son and him before me. We got up and started to walk out the door and no one even looked up. They knew I was upset. But didn't have the professionalism to fix it. Just stick your head in the sand and hope your problems go away. I will never go back to this location again. Stay far away."

"My husband checked in online here and the wait was 55 minutes on the website. He arrived and they had taken his name off the list and told him he wasn't there for his appointment time, less than 30 minutes after he signed in. They then told him they could add him to the BOTTOM of the list. This makes no sense. We will never go back here again."
