This place is terrible I I walk in and wait for 45 minutes. A gentleman walks in I get bumped out of line immediately and took him by the next hairstylist and they said he made an appointment. This is not a fair situation what is the purpose of checking in and having to list if you get bumped out of spot for people that walk in on the spot that hit a button online this is ridiculous and the customer service and the style is Debbie there is terrible at 70 years old you should have better customer service experience in that everyone in this place is rude

Checked in online. Checked in early and status showed on deck to be next. Sat down anf waiting as John the stylist was not at his usual booth. Gentleman walks in and John walks right up and lets the gentlemen skip me and doesn't even look at the status board or acknowledge me. I checked the status and decided to wait a moment and it still showed me being on deck then after ten minutes i check again and and it shows 30 minutes so i just walked the hell out and then soon as i get to my car I get a notification that my appointment was canceled. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointing.

So after checking in online I was told to arrive at 1:25pm so I show up at 1:20 and as i walk in I see my name at the top of the wait list well as sometime passes I noticed two gentlemen get called before me. So I walk up to the wait list and see that my name has magical been removed somehow a man named John talks to me and after I explain the situation he gets an attitude tells me to sit down and I’ll be next...... I don’t understand how or why my name was removed after waiting till 1:46 with nobody calling my name this was a really bad experience.
